EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

• Within Pakistan: 3-7 working days (after order confirmation)

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes during sales and new launches. COVID-19 may also affect timelines due to logistical constraints.

COURIER SERVICES:

Oders will be processed within 2 working days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the next working day. Online payment orders undergo fraud verification before processing.

ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS:

Once an order is placed, address changes are not allowed.

Currently, Saqafat offers FREE local shipping within Pakistan.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders can be cancelled before processing. Saqafat may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud verification failures. Cash on delivery orders are verified with up to 3 confirmation calls.
